Apartments Lavanda are located in Fiesa, in an idyllic bay between Strunjan and Piran, with Portorož on the other side. They offer a relaxed family holiday and rest, while being in close proximity to the bustle and luxury of casinos, hotels, fine restaurants, shops, as well as cultural, historical, and natural attractions of northern Istria.

You will enjoy untouched nature, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and two freshwater lakes, walks, swimming, cycling, or simply a well-deserved rest. From Apartments Lavanda there is access to the sea via a private path of approximately 100 m.
Outside the main summer season, staying is very suitable for those who find it harder to cope with the heat. Peace and the absence of road traffic allow you to enjoy tranquillity and untouched nature.

Reservation and Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, which must be paid no later than 3 days after the dates have been agreed upon, with the remaining balance due before arrival. The deposit should be understood as a guarantee for both parties. Any changes to a confirmed reservation must be arranged in advance.
The deposit must be paid as stated in the written confirmation of the agreed dates. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card at reception upon arrival.
Additional Information:
- Upon arrival, register all persons who will be staying in the apartment. You must also register any guest who arrives later and stays overnight.
- Park your car in the agreed space. Each apartment has one parking space.
- When leaving the apartment, lock both entrances.
- Keep the air conditioning on only when windows and doors are closed and only when you are present.
- Please note that other guests are also staying in the building, and adjust your behaviour accordingly. After 22:00, do not make noise and do not be loud.
- Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
- Before departure, report to reception, return the keys, and settle any additional services.
- Leave the apartment by the stated time. Each additional hour of late check-out costs 10.00 €.
